DESCRIPTION:A representative from Lexis Nexis will be giving us a demonstration of their AI platform\, Protégé\, as well as discussing how AI is changing the practice of law as more firms are starting to adopt generative and agentic AI technologies. We will have time for questions after the presentation. \nThis meeting will qualify for 1.0 hours of specialty MCLE\, technology. DESCRIPTION:This month’s YSBA meeting will be “Updates from Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency.” Anne Glanzer\, Lead Child Support Attorney\, and Anna Lucido\, Child Support Attorney III\, will present on what it means when the Agency is involved\, the type of actions they can take\, special procedures that go into place when a child support agency is involved\, and what is required now that the Federal Final Rule is in effect.
